Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately be revoked.

Subscription Termination:

If you have a monthly subscription, you may terminate your subscription at any time. However, to ensure that you are not charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription through Apple’s subscription management features before the next billing date. Termination of your subscription will be effective at the end of the current billing period. Please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the App, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Cargo Teleport Inc. regarding the use of the App. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter hereof.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted in a manner that best reflects the original intent of the parties.
